Coaching since 2000, Julia has worked with over 600 people directly, and more than 1,000 indirectly. She works with entrepreneurs and corporate executives to create businesses that are a source of growth, profitability, and fulfillment. Prior to coaching, Julia held key positions in internationally renowned design firms in the USA, Australia and Singapore—including Frogdesign in Silicon Valley, and Addison in Singapore where she retired as VP Creative at the age of 33. In her management positions she successfully mentored and inspired members of creative teams in creating vision, strategy, award-winning results, and personal growth, earning her six promotions in her four years at Addison.

Among her coaching achievements, she has helped clients achieve excellence leading to promotions, 400 percent growth in earnings, greater work-life efficiency, improved health and vitality, and emotional mastery leading to fulfilling personal and professional relationships.

Julia is also the Principal and Creative Director of Sightworks, her branding consultancy since 2000. Armed with 19 years of experience in corporate branding and design, she coaches entrepreneurs and executives in Creativity, Visual Literacy, Design for Business, and Personal Branding. She has been a consultant for British American Tobacco (Vietnam), Taikoo (Hong Kong), Jollibee Foods Corporation and Pure Foods (Philippines), CapitaLand, F&N Group, Centrepoint Properties, PSA Corporation, Jaygee Enterprises, DBS Land, and DBS Bank.
